We handle matters involving commercial and business litigation, intellectual property, entertainment, construction, securities, insurance dedicated funds, labor and employment, and general corporate work.
Our managing partner, Kathleen Cerniglia Hipps, graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2008 and earned a BA with high honors from Emory University. Before law school she worked at CNN and has also been a partner at a national law firm.
